Steel fabrication:

Our boiler makers have decades of experience with structural and architectural steel fabrication. Structural steel projects have included many residential builds and renovations, but also schools and child care centres. We communicate with draftsmen, architects, builders and all trades to ensure all projects are completed correctly and on time. With a real passion and expertise for architectural steel, there is no limit to what our team can achieve. Ballustrades, handrails, gates, window frames and fencing, along with many specialised designs and parts for various clients. We co-ordinate your design including blasting, powdercoating, galvanising, painting and installation. The fabrication shop is equipped with all machinery to satisfy any fabrication job including steel rollers and folders. Our off-site boilermakers work efficiently and can supply any necessary safety documentation requested by our customers.

Engineering:

General engineering is an important facet of what we do at Tennyson Engineering and our experienced fitters have a passion for milling and machining. They have an eye for detail and the experience and equipment to heat treat, cut, mill, drill, machine, grind, weld, paint and polish all types of steels and alloys.

Pump Repair and Maintenance:

Our pump technicians and fitters are trained in all areas and applications of pumps and pump systems. With the ability to quickly diagnose and fix problems on site they can maximise the performance of your pumps and minimise the amount of downtime. The workshop is fully equipped for off-site repairs and rebuilds and we pride ourselves on efficiently sourcing all parts needed from our many suppliers locally and overseas.

Supply of Sampling Equipment:

Tennyson Engineering has a long-term contract with Mobil Oil Australia to supply all glassware and equipment required for their fuel sampling. We deliver to 6 refinery sites across West Melbourne on a weekly basis and warehouse varying sizes of bottles and jars with lids, tins, sampling tags and seals.
